Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the tour, you must do so within the exact 24 hours before. After that time, if you want a refund of the reservation, you must present a medical certificate that prevents you from taking the tour.

On the part of the supplier, it can be canceled whenever there are inclement weather conditions that warrant it and you will receive the reservation amount back.
